This place is centrally located very close to the airport.

The property had a comfortable and homely feel, with a sun terrace that we really liked. The host, Vasso, was a lovely and friendly lady who took the time to explain how to get around Mykonos town and couldn't do enough for us. The family that owns the property were amazing, offering us water and a place to sit down when we arrived early and were exhausted from walking. They were always helpful and even called local places for us. The staff were great and the owner even helped organize our transport to the airport. The room was comfortable and spacious. There were also nearby amenities such as a supermarket and fruit shop.

The only thing that could've been better for us party-goers was if the location was closer to the raging nightlife. It was a bit of a hike to get to the party scene, but hey, we got great value for our money at Kavaki Studios anyway!

Traffic made walking to town challenging.

The room at Kavaki Studios was awesome! It had a TV and a private bathroom with a great shower. It was perfect for us night owls who love unwinding after a fun night out. We also loved the fact that it had a stovetop and air conditioning for those lazy mornings when we wanted to cook a quick breakfast and chill in the cool air.

The only thing we didn't like much was that the apartment was accessible by stairs. But hey, that's just our opinion, some people might actually enjoy the little workout!

I had a wonderful stay at Kavaki Studios during my recent trip to Mykonos. The place was exceptionally clean and had all the necessary amenities for cooking. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with information about nearby shops and even showing us the bus stop. The family that owns the property was also very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and offering us water and a place to rest upon arrival. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk from the city center.

I would highly recommend this hotel.
